INTER Camps - Team Training Camp

Objective
The goal for this Soccer Camps is to best prepare players for the coming season.

Technique/Skill Development
• Receiving
• Passing
• Dribbling
• Shooting
• Heading
• Tackling

Tactical Awareness
• Principals of Defending, Attacking
• Small Sided Games

Speed, Strength, Agility Conditioning
• Improve Speed and Power
• Develop First Step Quickness
• Improve Footwork Through Specific Drills
• Enhance Ability to Move Laterally and Change Direction

Goalkeeping
The emphasis of the training will be based on perfecting technique so that a high level of confidence can be attained by the goalkeeper. Building on technique we will begin to develop and practice the tactical demands placed on goalkeepers during pressure situations.

August 16 to 20 4:30 to 7:30 pm

Tuition is $185
**Registration must be received with full payment

Deadlines
All forms and payments are due no later than7/01/2010
*Due to state regulations, players without the appropriate paperwork WILL NOT be permitted to stay.
